Orders within Australia are processed and shipped daily (weekends and public holidays excluded). We aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible so we have teamed up with Australia Post express post service to guarantee next business day delivery for all capital cities and major metro areas.

For our regional, rural and more remote customers, orders to areas excluded from above policy will be delivered according to Australia Post delivery routes and generally within 2-5 business days.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Queen Justine Vintage happily ships worldwide using Australia Post. All international orders can take between 7-14 business days to be delivered and come with a unique tracking number for your convenience. For our international customers, all prices quoted on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift” even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices.

Domestic:For all domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10.00.

New Zealand: For all NZ orders we charge a flat rate of $15.00

lnternational: For all international orders we charge a flat fee of $20.00 Australian Dollars. We do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.

Once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link.

Please keep in mind customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates. Queen Justine Vintage has no control over the customs and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or customs department. We highly recommend ensuring someone is home on day of delivery to receive your package safely.
